I just posted a film I made as a tribute to Eva Cassidy, a beautiful, young singer who left this world way too early. She sung the most beautiful rendition of "Somewhere over the Rainbow" that I ever heard. I used this performance, as a basis for the film, given in 1996 at the Blues Alley Jazz Club, less than a year before she passed away. One viewer called this "beautiful, a work of art"! I hope you will agree....

Well, I guess it's been a minute, eh? 

I've always loved footage taken by drone so I got myself a nice drone and have been getting into "droning" and filming some of my flights.

Just posted a fun Halloween segment from our Beyond the Gates show. It features a couple of numbers performed by a great band called "Brand X" at this year's Pumpkin Festival, as well as a detailed "map" to several fun Halloween-themed events in Mission Viejo.

 Just posted a Beyond the Gates TV show I produced. It highlights two good restaurants and a nice Outlet Mall, all in San Clemente. I think that it may be one of the best shows yet produced by Video One Productions!

This is a brief tour of the Bowers Museum with emphasis on the museum's history and two of the exhibitions currently running at the time of this posting: "The Power of Photography" and the "Harold van Pelt Gemstone Carvings" exhibit. In the Photography exhibit you'll see such famous photographs as Steve McCurry's "Afghan Girl", Yousuf Karsh's "Winston Churchill", and Alexander Hessler's "Abraham Lincoln".
